FILLET PROGRAM:
The fillet program is operated by the Derby to provide free
fish for the Island elderly and other worthy causes on and off the
Island. Fishermen may donate any or all of their catch to this
program. Previously filleted fish cannot be accepted for health
reasons. Fishermen are asked to keep their catch as fresh as
possible whether they intend to donate it to this program or not.
